A dietitian with a passion for helping people find better health without restrictive diets or quick fixes.
I use an evidence-based approach to help clients improve diet quality, manage emotional eating, reduce bloating, and break free from disordered patterns that make food feel stressful.
I work with people of all ages and at all stages of their health journey, supporting you to find balance and feel more confident with your food choices. I also consider the connection between nutrition and mental well-being, so my approach supports both body and mind.
